We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. SECTION 4 - PRODUCTS AND PRICING

  • Color Accuracy: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

  • Handmade/Printed Variations: Due to the nature of printing processes, slight variations in color or paper texture may occur. These are not considered defects.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, international customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Any customs duties or import taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

If you are purchasing via our Wholesale portal, you are subject to the specific Minimum Order Values (MOV) and reselling guidelines provided at the time of account approval. Wholesale items may not be sold on third-party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Etsy) without express written permission from Pink Tigra.
